  • Q: What vaccines are required for grooming or boarding?

    A: We require Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella for all dog’s in our care.

  • Q: Do you have cameras in the boarding area?

    A: Yes, we have cameras throughout the facility to keep a close on eye on our special guests 24/7.

  • Q: Is there air conditioning and heating indoors for the dogs?

    Of course! All of our indoor dog areas are climate controlled so nice and cool in the summer, warm and cozy in the winter.

  • Q: Do the dogs get outdoor playtime?

    A: Yes! We have fenced, secure play yards with supervised activity.

  • Q: What do I need to bring for overnight boarding?

    A: Be sure to pack plenty of food, medications and treats for your pup’s stay. We do ask to leave any large dog beds at home and dog bowls. We also provide comfortable bedding.

  • Q: Do you accept puppies?

    A: Absolutely! We offer Puppy Intro Grooms and Puppy Day School options.

  • Q: Can my dogs board together?

    For safety reasons only dogs of similar size from the same household can be boarded together.

  • Q: What are drop off & pick up times?

    Grooming appointments are scheduled throughout the day, drop off at their appointment time. Please pick up within an hour of them being ready or you will be charged a daycare fee.

    Overnight boarding drop off & pick up times are Mon- Fri 8-10am or 3-5pm and Saturday 8-9am or 3-4pm

    Day Boarding drop off is 8-9am and pick up 12-1pm or 4-6pm
